At Venezianico, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging, protective films, and documentation are included to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original Venetian-inspired presentation box, ensuring all certificates and accessories are secured inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid DHL express shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
